Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and results- driven Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting successful hires. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for technical and non- technical roles, strong communication skills, and a passion for connecting the right talent with the right opportunities.
Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time- to- fill, source effectiveness) and prepare hiring reports.
Support employer branding initiatives and talent marketing activities.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Manage end- to- end recruitment for assigned positions: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Conduct preliminary interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Maintain and update the candidate pipeline in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Source candidates through multiple channels — job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and talent databases.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media.
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR policies.
Knowledge of employer branding or recruitment marketing
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple open roles and deliver under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with ATS tools and HR software (e.g., Workable, Lever, or BambooHR).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience recruiting for IT / technical positions.
Good understanding of full- cycle recruitment and interview techniques.
3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in- house or agency).
