[Tan Phu] Data Consolidation Coordinator

Daily Operations

Communicate data- related issues, feedback, and updates with internal stakeholders.
Using the ELIMS system, create a test plan and send a report to the client.
Collect testing data and reports from multiple laboratories in a timely manner.
Verify and validate data accuracy, identifying discrepancies or missing information.
Organize, standardize, and consolidate data from various sources to ensure consistency and completeness.

Others

Any other duties assigned by superior.
Assisting with administrative tasks, such as receiving samples from log- in and scanning barcodes to record the sample receipt time.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Data Science, Chemistry, or related fields.
Be responsible, careful
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with LIMS/ELIMS systems is an advantage
ISO 17025 / ISO 17025
English comprehension
Work under high pressure, independent
Experience in data handling, reporting, or data management systems (laboratory is a plus)
