Team Leader - Housekeeping - Park Hyatt Phu Quoc - Pre-opening

Job Overview:The Team Leader – Guest Room/Villas assists the Assistant Manager – Housekeeping in supervising and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and personalized service in all guest rooms and villas of the resort.
Main Responsibilities:

Conduct room and villa inspections to ensure all areas meet Park Hyatt standards.
Handle guest requests, special arrangements, and complaints courteously and efficiently.
Enforce safety, hygiene, and security standards at all times.
Coordinate with Engineering, Front Office, and Florist for maintenance, room setup, and decorations.
Supervise daily housekeeping operations, assign duties, and check the quality of attendants’ work.
Prepare weekly work schedules in line with business demands.
Monitor and report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and service deficiencies.
Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping attendants; ensure grooming and punctuality standards.
Support VIP arrival preparations and ensure all amenities and setups meet brand expectations.
Support Hyatt’s People Brand, values, and culture through positive teamwork and communication.

Strong leadership and communication skills with attention to detail.
Minimum 2 years of housekeeping supervisory experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
Team- oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
Knowledge of cleaning procedures, inspection standards, and guest service excellence.
