Position: Technical Account Executive (Junior)
Training: Candidates will receive training before officially handling accounts.
Location: Dong Hoa, HCMC (formerly Di An, Binh Duong)

Job Overview
The Technical Account Executive acts as the main point of contact between clients and the internal technical team. This role focuses on managing client relationships, understanding client requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure projects or services are delivered smoothly and effectively.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, product, or development) to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
• Support preparing proposals, quotations, and service plans for clients.
• Maintain long- term client relationships and identify opportunities to expand services.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, maintaining clear and professional communication.
• Receive and understand client requirements related to technical products or services.
• Track project progress and ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Provide updates and reports to clients regarding project status or issues.
• Assist in resolving client concerns and technical service issues.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
• At least 6 months of experience in Account Executive, Client Service, Business Development/Sales or related roles.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.
• Problem- solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage tasks effectively.
• Have interest in technology, software products, or digital services.
• English proficiency is required (both verbal and written)
Training Program
Selected candidates will participate in a structured training program before officially handling client accounts. Training includes:
• Company & Product Training: Introduction to Innotech’s services, technology solutions, and internal workflow.
• Client Communication Skills: Guidance on handling meetings, documenting requirements, and professional communication.
• Account Management Process: Training on how to receive client requests, coordinate internally, and manage project timelines.
• Technical Basics: Overview of Innotech’s technical products/services to help understand client requirements.
• Tools & Systems: Training on internal tools such as CRM, project management tools, and reporting systems.
After successfully completing the training period, the candidate will begin managing accounts under Line Manager supervision.
