Technical Consultant Engineer

About the Role
As a Technical Consultant Engineer at INSEE, you will play a key role in delivering innovative concrete solutions and supporting our customers with technical expertise. This position focuses on technical consulting, complaint resolution, and pre- sales activities to strengthen INSEE’s market presence and customer trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical consulting to customers and collaborate with Sales to identify needs and deliver solutions.
- Lead trial mix and testing activities for projects.
- Collect market and competitor information to propose solutions and improve product positioning.
- Resolve cement/concrete quality complaints within SLA and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Engage in pre- sales activities with architects, designers, and consultants to influence project specifications.
- Support innovation programs (i2i) and implement value- added services for customers.
