Technical Executive

Diagnose and resolve technical issues of refrigerators (standard, Inverter, side- by- side).

Perform and guide service centers on proper and safe repair procedures.

Read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and product specifications.
Đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật, sơ đồ mạch và thông số sản phẩm.
Coordinate in handling technical- related customer and dealer complaints in line with company procedures.
Phối hợp xử lý các khiếu nại kỹ thuật từ khách hàng và đại lý theo quy trình công ty.
Proactively update knowledge on new technologies in the refrigeration industry.

- Bachelor’s degree/ College in HVAC Engineer (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Engineer) or related majors.
Tốt nghiệp Đại học/Cao Đẳng chuyên ngành Điện lạnh (HVAC) hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in service, warranty, technical support, or customer service.
Tối thiểu 02 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực dịch vụ, bảo hành, hỗ trợ kỹ thuật hoặc chăm sóc khách hàng.
- Have basic English conversation skills
