Technical Lead Solution Architect-React/NextJS/NodeJS

This is not just management—you&039;re a builder first. You&039;ll architect solutions, establish technical standards, mentor the team, and shape how we build software using AI- augmented workflows and modern best practices.
As our first Technical Lead in Vietnam, you&039;ll be the technical cornerstone of our engineering team. This is a hands- on architecture and leadership role—you&039;ll spend 50% of your time writing critical code and 50% leading technical strategy, mentoring developers (junior, mid, and senior), and working directly with our product- led CEO on key decisions. You&039;ll work on both Innovation House projects (ElGrupito, PadelCrest) and Agency clients, handling multiple projects aligned with our roadmap.
What you&039;ll do

Architect, design, and implement scalable solutions across the full stack
Lead technical strategy and make critical architectural decisions for both Innovation House and Agency projects
Establish AI- augmented development workflows and modern best practices
Ensure quality standards and technical excellence across all projects
Drive technical roadmap and technology choices alongside the CEO
Stay current with latest AI tools, frameworks, and development practices
Recruit and onboard engineering talent for our Da Nang team
Mentor and manage junior, mid- level, and senior developers, fostering their growth

Who you are

FLUENT ENGLISH (written and spoken)- mandatory
Proven experience leading technical teams and making architectural decisions
Reviewing PRs from AI agents alongside human developers
7+ years full- stack experience with proven leadership capabilities
Up- to- date with AI tools: Cursor.ai, Claude Code, v0.dev, and similar platforms
Located in Da Nang, Vietnam (hybrid requirement)
PRD- to- Code automation: build and deploy apps
Writing AI- optimized PRDs that feed agentic pipelines directly
Proven ability to ship products and work cross- functionally
Previous founder or early- stage startup experience is a strong plus
Comfortable working with minimal detailed roadmaps, driven by vision and business goals
Deep expertise across frontend (React, Next.js) and backend (Node.js, PostgreSQL, APIs)

Methodology: BMAD- METHOD (spec- driven agile)
DevOps: Docker, Railway, Vercel, AWS
AI Tools: Cursor.ai, Claude Code, Factory, v0.dev, Magic UI MCP
Frontend: Next.js, React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, React Native
