Note: This position will be full- time remote and not cover SHUI
What You’ll Do

Integrate with AI models and APIs to deliver intelligent user experiences across web and browser- based apps.
Collaborate directly with customers to understand their needs, shape requirements, and build tailored solutions using our platform.
Work closely with product and design teams to bring intuitive, scalable solutions to life.
Lead architecture and development across our full- stack platform using Next.js, NestJS, and PostgreSQL.
Drive reliability, performance, and security across the stack.
Guide technical decision- making and contribute hands- on to our most critical projects.
Mentor and grow a team of talented full- stack engineers; review code, shape workflows, and foster best practices.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience with AI/ML integration or building products that leverage OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar tools.
Nice to have: Experience with Docker, CI/CD, GraphQL, or working in a fast- paced startup environment.
Experience communicating with customers, gathering requirements, and translating them into technical solutions.
Solid understanding of system design, software patterns, testing, and clean code principles.
Strong foundation in backend architecture, database design (especially PostgreSQL), and scalable APIs.
Fluent English communication (written and verbal)- you’ll collaborate with a global team.
Proven leadership in engineering teams – hiring, mentoring, and code quality ownership.
6+ years of full- stack experience, with deep expertise in Next.js, NestJS, and TypeScript.
