Technical Leader

- Solve complex technical challenges in backend, frontend, cloud infrastructure, and integrations.
- Oversee project delivery: set timelines, manage risks, and ensure smooth execution.
- Partner with cross- functional stakeholders (Product, Operations, Business) to align priorities and manage expectations.
- Lead architectural design for high- traffic systems (1M+ daily visits).
- Review code, set engineering best practices, and ensure system reliability, security, and scalability.
- Define and drive the technical roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non- technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Stay updated with modern technologies and introduce tools/frameworks that increase team efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product Owner to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Foster a collaborative and high- performance engineering culture.
- Mentor, coach, and inspire a team of software engineers and testers.

Must- Have Technical Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and scalable architectures.
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead/architect role.
- Strong expertise in backend development web technologies, and databases.
- Solid understanding of system design, microservices/mono- lith, and high- performance web applications.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining large- scale platforms (preferably high- traffic systems).
