Technical Production Supervisor

Job Summary
Supervise and control production activities with strong focus on machine performance, process stability, product quality and continuous technical improvement, ensuring safe operation and effective manpower utilization.
TECHNICAL & OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES (≈70%)

Coordinate related departments to improve and prevent future issue.
Improve the process of the product, optimize the step that wasting the machine productivity and make specific plans for machine improvements.
Work directly with experts from the machine supplier when have new project.
Understand the principles of the machine and how to control the quality, prevent errors for the product.s
Technical training for subordinates (Technician, Packer).
Coordinating technical and non- technical performance, operational and administration. Controlling production preparation, trial and end of production according to procedure set by customer.
Analyze to find the root cause when the machine/product got issue.
Control production output, reject percentage, raw material utilization and downtime.
Develop working procedures for subordinates to control the quality of products and machinery stably.

MANAGEMENT & PEOPLE RESPONSIBILITIES (≈30%)

Ensure work processes and activities comply with HSE requirements and work procedures.
Make weekly and monthly reports to analyze gaps versus improvement plans.
Arrange product sorting, QC submission
Preserve neatness and cleanliness of the working area.
Arrange manpower based on production plan and control OT according to allowed OT numbers.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
· Strong understanding of machine principles, process and productivity improvement, data analysis, reporting; systems thinking and a continuous improvement orientation.
· Prior experience as Supervisor / Senior Technician is preferred.
· 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing production, with hands- on exposure to machine operation, process control and troubleshooting.
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related technical majors.
