Technical Recruiter

Actively search resumes on various recruitment channels to get sufficient and qualified CVs for recruitment requirements
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates for further processing
Manage multiple requisitions and working in a fast- paced environment
Manage the posting of job vacancies at top performing recruitment channels
Fully execute the end- to- end recruitment process including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and recruitment leadership
Build applicant sources and data by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, other recruiters, media and internet sites

Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (for example, TopCV, VNW, FB), Boolean Search (nice to have) & Talent communities in Vietnam
3- 5 years of experience in talent acquisition / technical recruitment with full cycle hiring experience (sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating & closing candidates)
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, strong stakeholder management and collaboration with Hiring Managers, ability to influence with data, well organized with strong attention to detail
Experience working with an ATS preferred
Natural networking ability and a love of meeting new people
Experience working in a technical environment or recruiting for engineering, product, or IT roles
Fluent Vietnamese and English
Familiarity with programming languages, frameworks & tech stacks (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, React) is a strong advantage
An active, hardworking, enthusiastic nature and a willingness to work overtime
