Inspect and check sites before, during, and after application to ensure quality and compliance.
Prepare technical reports after each site visit.
Monitor and guide the coating process to ensure smooth and accurate execution according to company standards.
Coordinate with sales and QA/QC departments to provide solutions for customers.
Report site issues, feedback, and improvement suggestions to the Technical Manager.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues that arise during application.
Support customers directly at the job site to ensure proper application of PCM products.
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Materials, Mechanical, or relevant fields).
Experience
Experience in coatings, construction, or site technical support is a plus (fresh graduates accepted).
Skills
Good communication and customer service skills.
Willing to travel and work under outdoor conditions.
Ability to work on- site frequently.
Good problem- solving and analytical skills.
Basic English reading/writing is an advantage.
