Technical Specialist (Furniture/ Mechanical)

- Provide technical support to HL lab operations, sale and clients
- Organize training to HL CS/ TA/ report/ sale & lab technicians
- Participate in organizing lab tour, client training/seminars
- Conduct research and develop new testing capabilities for HL lab, participate in lab development projects
- Establish & maintain an electronic database of technical knowledge.
- Other duties upon requested
- Clarify unclear information of testing program with KAM
- Participate in drafting of quality documentation, and ISO/IEC 17025 lab accreditation activities
- Double check on test assignment vs sample

Speaking and Written English is preferred.
2 years technical experience
Knowledge in testing on chemistry/ textile / footwear / Toys products is highly preferred
Graduated from Chemical Engineering, Garment / Footwear technology, Mechanical / Material / Chemical Engineering or postgraduate. Related Technical position in Testing Services industry
Knowledge in ISO 17025 lab quality management system and VILAS requirements
