Develop and standardize technical processes, service workflows, and documentation to improve operational efficiency and maintain high technical service standards.
Build and maintain strong technical relationships with key ISP customers, acting as a senior technical advisor to support solution design, deployment, and long- term partnership development.
Stay updated on the latest networking technologies, ISP infrastructure trends, and TP- Link product roadmap to ensure the team maintains strong technical competitiveness.
Define and implement the overall technical support strategy to ensure high service quality, operational efficiency, and strong customer satisfaction across all technical service activities.
Manage and oversee escalated technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and coordination with regional or global support teams when required.
Monitor technical support KPIs and customer feedback, analyze trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Support senior management in technical planning, resource allocation, and team development strategies.
Represent TP- Link in technical workshops, industry events, and strategic customer meetings.
Work closely with Sales Directors, Product Managers, and regional/global technical teams to support business growth, develop technical solutions, and drive product improvement initiatives.
Lead and oversee the technical support and network engineering teams, ensuring high performance, efficient operations, and continuous professional development of team members.
Plan and oversee technical training programs for internal teams, partners, and key customers to ensure strong product knowledge and solution capabilities.
Provide high- level technical expertise and guidance for complex networking solutions, particularly for ISP- related technologies such as OLT, ONU, GPON, routers, switches, and wireless access points.

Strong strategic thinking, problem- solving, and decision- making abilities.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong hands- on experience with networking equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in technical support, network engineering, or telecommunications, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Deep knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, etc.) and technologies including GPON, EPON, xDSL, Fiber Optic, and Wireless N/AC/AX.
Fluent in either English or Chinese.
Demonstrated experience managing technical teams and driving performance improvement.
Solid experience working with ISP customers, with a strong understanding of ISP infrastructure, network architecture, and operational requirements.
