Oversee and Analyze, troubleshoot, install repair, rebuild, replace and adjust, electrical and electro- pneumatic and digital control systems. Query and monitor control systems as they relate to energy management and preventative maintenance operations.
Diagnose, troubleshoots and make necessary repairs.
Perform other job- related duties as assigned.
Respond to emergency plumbing calls such as clogged drains, broken water lines and frozen pipes. Evaluate situation and take proper corrective action.
Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.
Monitor system efficiencies and recommend appropriate solutions.
Comply information with concerns to deferred maintenance; (Age of equipment, numbers of break downs, annual cost to maintain).
Inspect and verify the operation and safety of all roof top units, air handling units and ventilation systems.
Oversee outsource contractors under contract to the Maintenance Engineering Department.
Perform a variety of preventive maintenance activities (e.g. filters, belts, thermostats, etc.) for the purpose of maintaining items in an operative and safe condition.
Provide guidance for technical supports and maintenance.
Perform preventive maintenance, repairs and replaces assigned equipment.
Follow and implement provisions for emergency management plans.
Ensure smooth and accurate running of operations based on the given tasks.
Contribute to a safe educational and working environment by participating in all drills and training and being prepared to act should a health or safety emergency occur.
Prepare timely report in accordance with the approved scope and format affecting the “Operations” department, efficiency, costs and the like.
Secure all equipment are updated in terms of preventive maintenance.
Ensure that the health and safety requirements are provided and that they comply authorities and regulations.
Review layouts and interfaces with Construction and Engineering Department for renovations and upgrades, including domestic hot and cold water and sanitary piping for kitchens.
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to superior.
