Telecommunications Agent (AYS)

Process orders, upgrades, and account changes with high accuracy.
Maintain up- to- date knowledge of telecommunications products and industry trends.
Participate in training programs to continuously improve technical and service skills.
Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding audio and video systems via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AVS products and services.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest and customer experience.
Explain complex technical concepts to customers in a clear and concise manner.
Document all interactions and technical solutions within the CRM system.
Strive to achieve and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.

Basic technical troubleshooting skills for AVS hardware and software.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast- paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Strong problem- solving abilities and a high level of attention to detail.
Prior experience in customer service or telecommunications support is preferred.
Customer- oriented mindset with a genuine passion for assisting others.
Proficiency in operating telecommunications systems and audio- video equipment.
Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Familiarity with CRM software and accurate data entry.
