Key Responsibilities:
Lead generation and nurturing
Telemarketing outreach for home owners, lead qualification, and appointment scheduling for site check
Make outbound/inbound calls to customers to introduce and promote company products or services.
Update and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
Consult, answer customer inquiries, and identify customer needs to generate qualified leads.
Follow up with customers and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements:
Vietnamese language fluency. English at basic level.
Good listening skills and ability to handle objections
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer handling
Ability to use CRM systems, dialers, and call scripts
From 2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred
Clear and confident speaking voice with excellent verbal Vietnamese communication skills
Professional phone etiquette
Familiarity with headsets, softphones, and office software
Ability to explain products or services persuasively
Fast and accurate data entry skills
This position involves direct interaction with clients in the US, requiring work hours to align with the US time zone- 11:00PM – 8:00AM (Vietnam time)
Contract Term: 6 months
