Ensure Standards: Guarantee that the entire internal telecommunication system and guest request handling process are executed smoothly and adhere to Hotel Standards.
Supervise Operations: Directly oversee the daily activities of the Telephone Operators, ensuring all incoming and outgoing calls are processed accurately and courteously.
Reservation Control: Inspect and ensure that the team obtains all necessary information to complete room reservations (stay dates, flight details, rates, special requests) in the Opera system or equivalent.
Service Booking Management: Supervise the team in assisting guests with food & beverage reservations, changes, cancellations, and other special requests.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
