Testing Engineer

- Perform functional testing and debugging of assembled machines to ensure compliance with design specifications.- Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical issues in machine systems.- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for system failures and implement corrective actions.- Work closely with the assembly and engineering teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.- Utilize diagnostic tools to identify faults.- Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and wiring diagrams for troubleshooting.- Document test procedures, failure reports, and recommended solutions.- Analyze repetitive failure issues and propose process improvements to reduce defects and downtime.- Support production teams in optimizing machine assembly, testing efficiency, and product quality.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.- Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in testing and troubleshooting automation, industrial machinery, or mechanical systems.- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.- Hands- on experience with diagnostic tools, test equipment, and troubleshooting methodologies.- Excellent problem- solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.- Strong communication and teamwork skills.- Knowledge of 5S, PDCA, and other Kaizen tools for continuous improvement.
