Ensure special requests, dietary requirements, and guest preferences are accommodated whenever possible.
Promote teamwork, positive work culture, and professional conduct.
Maintain strong floor presence to support staff and resolve issues promptly.
Guest Experience
Assist in handling reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow management.
Support month- end reports, breakage control, and cost- efficiency initiatives.
Supervise day- to- day restaurant operations to ensure seamless and efficient service.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Team Supervision & Training
Ensure accurate billing procedures and proper cash- handling by team members.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Lead, guide, and support the service team during shifts.
Assist in inventory control of linen, equipment, chinaware, and operating supplies.
Maintain adherence to hotel policies, safety protocols, and operational guidelines.
Conduct on- the- job training and refreshers to maintain service excellence.
Operations & Service
Ensure all service procedures, standards, and hygiene practices are consistently followed.
Report maintenance issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Administration & Reporting
Greet guests warmly and ensure a high- quality dining experience.
Monitor table settings, ambience, cleanliness, and readiness of the outlet before and during service.
Assist in scheduling, assigning tasks, and monitoring staff performance.
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience in 4–5 star hotels is preferred.
Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hotel F&B outlet.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Solid knowledge of food & beverage service procedures.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong sense of responsibility.
Diploma or equivalent education.
Basic computer skills and POS knowledge preferred.
Qualifications & Requirements
English communication skills required.
Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
