Thinner Technical Specialist (Chuyên Viên Kỹ Thuật Thinner)

- Conduct product demonstrations, performance evaluations, and joint customer visits with sales representatives.
- Support internal QC and production teams to ensure consistent product quality aligned with customer expectations.
- Monitor competitor products, market trends, and regulatory developments to provide feedback for product improvement or new product introduction.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
- Work closely with the Sales Department to identify customer needs and propose suitable thinner formulations or alternatives.
- Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance technical understanding of thinner and solvent applications
- Handle customer complaints or product issues by investigating causes, conducting lab tests, and providing corrective actions or reformulation suggestions.
- Provide technical advice, product recommendations, and on- site support to customers in the coatings, adhesive, and cleaning industries.
- Assist Sales in preparing product presentations, datasheets, and technical literature for customer use.
Working place: Xuan A IZ, Phu My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

- Having at least 1 year of experience in solvents, thinners, or industrial chemicals is an advantage.
- Knowledge of chemical safety standards and documentation (e.g., MSDS, TDS, COA).
- Solid understanding of thinner for Ink/ Packaging/ Paint industry.
- Skilled in operating laboratory equipment and industrial mixing systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.

- Strong technical problem- solving skills, including case study analysis and root cause investigation.
- Ability to blend thinner formulations according to specified ratios and evaluate physical properties (evaporation rate, viscosity, solubility).
- Proficiency in reading and understanding technical documents in English
- Basic proficiency in reading and understanding technical documents in English.
- Capable of writing technical reports and documenting testing processes.
- Graduated from College and above with major in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or relevant fields.
