Job Description

E- commerce Platform Operations

Collaborate with the Marketing team to align product communication with merchandising plans.
Brainstorm creative ideas for seasonal promotions and new product launches.
Support content writing for social media and e- commerce listings.
Communicate with the Merchandising (MD) team to gather full promotion details and coordinate product assortment.
Assist in producing and editing short- form videos (TikTok/Reels) to enhance product visibility and engagement.

Product & Promotion Planning

Manage and update product listings on e- commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.) to ensure accuracy in pricing, inventory, and product details.
Prepare materials for product/content upload (selling price, quantity, color, SKU, descriptions).
Track promotion results and platform performance to support purchasing and marketing decisions.
Crop and resize product photos to meet web/e- commerce specifications.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely uploads and product availability.

Other Duties

Perform other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.

Rules & Regulations

Follow all working procedures, company policies, rules, and regulations.Report weekly/monthly to the direct Manager.

Good communication skill
Detail oriented and be able to handle multi- tasks
Priority 3rd/final- year students or fresh from and field, prefer to work fulltime
Passionate about beauty and cosmetic products.
Basic understanding of e- commerce and online marketing.
Active, enthusiastic, eager to learn
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
