As a Youth Consultant, you will:

Explore real experiences of young people seeking jobs.
Design & share accessible findings through visuals, short reports, or presentations.
Analyse & co- create solutions with peers and partners.
Listen & document through interviews, focus groups, and reflections.
Collaborate with PN, VYSTA and ICS teams to make youth programmes more inclusive and effective

We welcome applications from
diverse young people aged 18–29
, especially those who:

Are curious about youth employment, inclusion, and wellbeing
Represent diverse backgrounds (gender, sexual identity, region, education, ability, culture)
Enjoy listening, storytelling, and teamwork
Are open- minded, empathetic, and eager to learn
Desire to build up research experience
Have lived experience of challenges related to navigating social barriers

No formal qualifications needed — just your experience, perspective, and enthusiasm!

Flexible scheduling to balance with study, work, or personal commitments
Time: Around 30–40 hours per week
Participation includes training, mentorship, and a fair stipend
Duration: 6 months

Research skills,
Paid internship with social insurance,
Mentorship, certificate,
Co- present findings,
Travel to HCMC or Da Nang for workshops.
