Support for the Digitalization Project at ACE

Conduct digitalization training for ACE staff and customers.
Engage in discussions with EdM experts to support the digitalization implementation.
Participate in the finalization of Terms of Reference (TOR) for the digitalization process.
Conduct surveys to assess the digitalization needs of customers and staffs within the program.

Support for the Community- Based Tourism Model in Dien Bien Province

Act as the primary liaison for identifying and sourcing potential tourism partners.
Collaborate with tourism companies to develop travel itineraries linked to organic agriculture in Dien Bien Province, thereby promoting value addition and sales of local products.

Support in Organizing Events and Training Sessions

Assist the Operations department in planning events and training courses.
Support the timely implementation of events and training sessions as scheduled.

Focal point of weaving project

Serve as the primary contact between the weaving group and buying partners (buyers, merchandisers, sourcing teams).
Ensure all stakeholders are informed of any critical developments throughout the production process.
Ensure that approved samples and final production meet customer quality and color standards.
Coordinate with the planning team to ensure all orders meet customer delivery timelines.
Prepare and maintain production progress reports and shipment tracking.
Recommend process improvements to enhance communication efficiency and production workflow.
Coordinate problem- solving for any production or delivery issues (delays, color mismatch, technical defects, etc.).
Provide regular updates on order status and production schedules to buyers.
Receive and accurately communicate all technical specifications, updates, and changes from buyers to relevant internal departments.

Prior experience in microfinance in rural areas or in INGO is an advantage

Good communication skills;

Kỹ năng máy tính thành thạo : MS office

Good computer skills: MS office

Thành thạo tiếng Việt và tiếng Anh

Proficiency in Vietnamese and English;

Willing to conduct regular field visits by motorbike in remote areas

• Social Insurance:
Contributions to Vietnamese compulsory insurances (Social, Health, an
Unemployment Insurance) will start when you start working.

• Transportation allowance

• Annual leave:10,5 days on 9 months (base on 14 days per year).

• All applicable internal regulations and HR policies of the ACE program shall
apply during all employment phases.
• Specific benefits and entitlements may be adjusted according to future updates
to EdM and ACE’s HR policies.
• The position is based in Dien Bien, with possible travel to other operational
areas as required.
• After the internship, if both parties find another suitable position, we will be
considering you for that position long- term in the future.
