Thực tập sinh Nhà hàng/F&B Trainee

Support the Food & Beverage team in delivering exceptional guest service by assisting in various operations including restaurant service, bar, banquets, room service, and event catering.

Assist with buffet setups, room service, and banquet events
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other departments for smooth service
Handle guest inquiries and provide recommendations when necessary
Restock supplies and support the kitchen and bar as needed
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and service areas
Assist in inventory checks and stock rotation
Greet guests warmly and present menus
Assist in setting up and clearing tables in the restaurant and event venues
Follow all safety and sanitation policies
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and evaluations
Take orders and serve F&B according to company standards
Learn POS systems and basic cashiering

Customer service- oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service (e.g., table setting, order taking).
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Basic English proficiency
Flexibility with working hours (including nights, weekends, holidays).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Punctuality and professionalism.
Good personal hygiene and grooming.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
