Tissue Paper Export Sales Specialist

- Establish plan to achieve target of sales, overdue, inventory and find new customers.
- Follow- up the customer’s orders once placing PO/production plan/requested shipment schedule/payment plan/documents checking.
- Timely report to General Manager in form of weekly updates about market information, competitor situations, customer situations.
- Handle customer enquiries as and when required.
- Follow- up inventory and make sure delivery PO within a month, limit long- term inventory (over 3 months).
- Perform other jobs as requested of superiors.
- Responsible for managing overdue of customers (if any): monitoring overdue, urging the payment, handling overdue related issues.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Experienced in tissue paper industry is a plus.
- At least 2 years- experience working as foreign trade.
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills, problem solving skills.
- Chinese communication.
- Good at English communication.
- Have knowledge of Incoterm and L/C.
- Experienced in B2B sales.
