Tổ trưởng chuyền may/Sewing Supervisor

- Check production plan,pilot plan, PP meeting status to ensure pre production process in line with plant smooth operation- Work with IE officer to study new style, guide to do pilot and advise for pattern adjustment,study the folder need for new style.- Check and guide style changes over process and make sure new style is fed on time with quality standard by avoiding any technical issue and monitor line feeding efficiency- Check daily efficiency deviation and work with respective IE officer ,supervisor & PA to solve efficiency related the problem in line to get the target- Monitor operator loading against their capacity using checktime report and re- balance line to meet optimum output- Check production SMV,layout,thread consumption,worker skill new worker- Provide techinical input by attend PP meeting and pre sample risk analysic meeting ,identify critical issues and provide alternative solution

- Ensure Effectiveness of PP meeting- Work Costings SMVs on time- Calculate Thread Consumption accurately on time- Line Feeding effect
