Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same.
Educating staff about potential food allergies and how to make customers aware of these ingredients. Interacting with guests to gauge satisfaction and improve customer service.
Identify methods our restaurant can use to cut waste, decrease costs, and improve profits.
Manage the work schedules of our restaurant&039;s staff.
Ensuring all staff are knowledgeable about menu offerings and individual ingredients.
Develop strategies for improving our customers&039;s dining experience.
Work with staff to project future needs for kitchen supplies, goods, and cleaning products.
Oversee both front and back- of- house operations, including wait staff and kitchen crew.
Maintain inventory of all needed supplies.
Other Responsibilities
Attend all briefings, meetings, and trainings as assigned by management
Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships
Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management
The spirit, responsibility, and flexibility of duty shifts according to the Manager&039;s assignment.
Be well versed in hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures

Ability to speak other languages and a basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
High school education

Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar capacity
