• Instruct staff in cash security procedures.
• Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift.
• Requisition bar items according to bar stocks.
• Supervise Bar Outlet service.
• Communicates to Superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information.
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
• Assist Bar Manager in training of the staff.
• Supervise the maintenance of service equipment.
• Supervise cash handling and banking procedures.
• Complete spillage report and submit to Manager at the conclusion of each shift.
• Train bar attendant and willing to help in basic beverage knowledge and beverage service.

• Proficiency in English
• Experience:At least 1 years in a 4/5 stars Hotel
