What you’ll be doing
Facilitate collaboration between internal team members and external stakeholders to maintain clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure quality of delivery, particularly in projects involving learning experiences or user- facing services, to make sure outcomes meet student or client expectations.
Coordinate and track project execution, ensuring tasks are progressing as planned. Communicate regularly with team leads to align priorities and resolve blockers.
Support project planning by assisting in the development of project scopes, timelines, and resource needs across various functional areas (e.g., content, design, operations).
Support team development, including onboarding and managing team members or volunteers based on project needs.

Strong organizational skills and detail- oriented in a fast- paced environment
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, G Suite.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction.
Excellent teamwork skills to collaborate in cross- functional teams.
Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
At least 6 months to 2 years of work experience in project management or related fields.
