WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE

Evaluate and optimize curvature/profile to ensure proper product fit, function, and aesthetics.
Lead and manage the Tooling team to ensure tooling performance meets production requirements.
Handle and improve surface quality issues to achieve required appearance and quality standards.
Oversee tooling trials, validate results, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Establish and maintain tooling maintenance and preventive maintenance programs.
Work closely with Development, Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to solve technical issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for tooling performance, quality, and cost efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve tooling issues related to manufacturability, quality, and productivity.
Analyze, modify, and optimize molds/tools to support efficient mass production.
Adjust tooling dimensions and specifications to ensure products meet design and production requirements.

WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE

Experience with CAD/CAM software is an advantage.
Strong problem- solving, leadership, and project management skills.
Good communication and cross- functional collaboration skills.
Hands- on experience in solving surface finish issues and improving product appearance.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Good English
Strong experience in tooling modification and adjustment to support production requirements.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tooling management or a similar technical role in manufacturing.
Solid knowledge of curvature/profile control and geometric adjustments.
