The Total Rewards Supervisor is responsible for supervising and executing Compensation & Benefits (C&B) operations to support talent attraction, retention, and compliance. This role manages 02 C&B team members and ensures accurate payroll delivery, statutory compliance, and effective implementation of reward programs aligned with company policies and business needs.
The role works closely with HR leadership, HRBPs, Finance, and relevant stakeholders to maintain internal equity, market competitiveness, and operational excellence in total rewards.

• Strong knowledge of payroll, SHUI, PIT, and Vietnam labor regulations.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Detail- oriented, hands- on, and able to work cross- functionally
• 4–6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
