• Handle changes, special requests, or unexpected situations...
• Communicate with customers to provide information after checking with the senior member of A.R.T
• Coordinate motorcycle rental services and company tours.
• Arrange hotels, transportation, tour guides, and monitor vehicle status while preparing rental contracts.
• Collaborate with related departments (tour guides, mechanics, accounting) to ensure smooth operations.

• Good English communication skills (both written and verbal) to work with international clients.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to adapt quickly to changes.
• Eager to learn, responsible, and positive attitude.
• Knowledge of tours, hospitality, or accounting is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of multitasking.
• Detail- oriented and meticulous in handling tasks.
