- Review and Update Trade Finance Policy, related Guidelines, D.O.I, forms complied with SBV regulations
System
- Enhance related AITHER screen, IB functions to shorten processing time and mitigate the risk
- Upgrade SWIFT message to adapt to annual global SWIFT standard
Operation
- Send tracing messages, etc.
- Examine documents, draft LC as requested from Business Unit
- Check Duplicate messages (DDA) on ENESIS & EASTNET
- Distribute SWIFT message to Business Unit
- Consult to Business Unit, Customer regarding to trade products, system
Bank’s relationship
- Communicate with Banks to establish Trade limit for SHBVN, RMA exchange, etc.
- Manage RMA exchange.
PRM
- Support Business Unit, provide solutions in approaching customer regarding Trade products
- Prepare and Distribute Target list, marketing material
KPI & report
- Implement internal & external reports relating Trade
- Plan & manage Trade Profit KPI index, Business Unit’s performance
- Conduct market research to develop new products/ service as well as enhance the existing ones
