Trade Marketing Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist on request POSM/FOC and arrange with Warehouse to delivery POSM/FOC for shop who join the display product program.
Assist in brand marketing administration and activities in the Vietnam market.
Administrative support to the marketing team.
Social media support: Translation content calendar; Create content on Social post.
Complete the Ad- hoc as requested by the managements.
Follow with customer request on group chat to brief for internal designer for poster & menu.
Ensure monthly and weekly reports are completed as requested.
Assist to co- ordinate events.
Assist to follow payment with supplier/bartender.

PERSONAL SPECS

Willingness to work in a team environment.
Be Confident in English writing & speaking.
Open for undergraduate student in Marketing / Public Relation / Events
Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Management or relating major.
Handle multiple of tasks.
Internship duration: 6 months (Full time)
Passion, outgoing, teamoriented.
