Training & Development Specialist (L&D Specialist)

• Coordinate and support talent development and personnel reserve (succession) programs.
• Conduct introductory and orientation training sessions for new employees.
• Organize, schedule, and manage training sessions (internal and external).
• Regularly update and improve training content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Conduct knowledge assessments, evaluations, and feedback surveys.
• Organize and lead employee tours of the production facility as part of onboarding.
• Facilitate communication with employees via corporate chat platforms and internal channels.
• Design and develop training materials, manuals, and learning content.
• In line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards: determine and manage the required employee competencies that impact the effectiveness and efficiency of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Conduct probation period closing procedures, including evaluations and recommendations.
• Develop training plans in coordination with managers and ensure timely delivery.
