Training Engineer (Kỹ Sư Đào Tạo)

Prepare and Conduct technical training courses (Present presentation materials, explain technical questions, guide pratice process for participant, control class schedule) of Installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, Usage air conditioning unit (UP product: Split, Skyair, Package, VRV, Air purifier unit).
Make presentation materials by Powerpoint (contents & informations are availble in catalogue, technical documents, currently materials)
Business trip (if needed)
Create, implement and monitor online training courses (on Zoom, GG classroom, DAIKIN training app...)
Create training report
Participate in training courses oversea, domestic to have Authorization trainer Certificate and update & then re- train to DAV employee & Customers
On- job- training from Service, Maintenance department to get experience for training (Min 3 months)
Support, conduct assessment tests, skills exams...
Fixed asset management, training tools
Support training material translation from English version to Vietnamese

Thermal & Refrigeration Engineer (GPA > 7.0)
Good for Microsoft office (special for powerpoint)
Construction and application of information technology in training
Health, ready to go on business
Ability to work independently
Dynamic, well- organized, enthusiasm
Priority for presentation skill
Communication English (Priority for Speaking and Listerning)
