Translation Intern (Japanese + English Required)

Translate technical documents JP- EN
Import the content of specification in various formats (word, excel, pdf, matrix...) into Doors system, manage version, set attribute and layout as per customer requirement.
Ensure consistency of attribute, layouts for all modules.
Reflect changes of specification into system when having updates.
Receive specification documents from customer.
Develop and manage project metrics.
Be in charge of other activities such as system configuration management, baseline copy, tracking report...

Must be undergraduate student at university with Economics, Business management or Linguistic background
Good at using Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI)
Possess Time Management skill and Follow- up skills
Good at English communication.
Japanese N2 or above.
Willing to learn, high teamwork spirit, proactive mindset
Well- organized, detail- oriented, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Linguistics, Business Administration is referred.
Able to work full- time in 6 months.
Logical and analytical thinking.
Diligent, enthusiastic, and self- confident to meet deadlines
Good communication, verbal and written both in English and Japanese (N3 or higher is preferable)
