Transportation Deputy General Manager

Strategic Management; Planning & Operating:
+ Task assignment; monitoring; evaluation of implementation, resource allocation, HR coaching and plan adjustment.
+ Building up annual operation plan (budget, business plan, HR plan and action plan…) for Transportation Division
Sales management:
+ Control implementation of Transportation contracts
+ Set up framework for service design & procurement. Monitor closely to ensure profits
+ Participate in maintaining and developing relationships with current customers
P/L Management:
Be responsible for managing the quality of service and solve the issue, trouble shouting related to Factory logistics
Maintenance, repair and fleet management:
+ Summarize and analysis the causes of technical problems occurring in the daily working process.
+ Maintenance process reviewing, control Maintenance & Repairing plan to fix all current vehicle damage
+ Manage, supervise and control the vehicle repair and maintenance plan as well as the daily work schedule of division
Supervise and control safety in transportation
Supervise and develop TMS
Human Resource Management:
+ Participate in designing corporate structure
+ Participate in setting up HR policy & procedure.
+ Plan departmental HR based on the set headcount principles & tools.
+ Lodge recruitment requirements, interview, decide on selection & staff deployment for the direct subordinates.
