Train and mentor junior engineering staff to promote teamwork and career development.
Coordinate with external contractors for major projects or specialized repairs.
Support the Chief Engineer in managing the engineering team and daily operations.
Support energy- saving initiatives and sustainability programs.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance issues affecting guest services.
Supervise routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of all resort equipment and facilities.
Assist in managing the engineering budget, tracking costs, and optimizing resources.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and health protocols in all engineering activities.
Act as Acting Chief Engineer during absences or vacations
Oversee inventory of engineering supplies and ensure timely procurement of tools and materials.

1- 2 years in similar role
Ability to manage budgets, projects, and team performance.
Excellent problem- solving and communication skills.
English communication speaking
Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills.
Experience in engineering operations within hospitality or similar industry.
