• Developing a customer network, expanding distribution channels at hospitals and clinics for the product
• Organize customer surveys and research on the market situation and competitors. Data Analysis: Analyze data related to customers, sales processes, and business results to create sales plans and forecast revenue in subsequent periods.
• Guide, and train the sales team to enhance work efficiency and performance
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, especially Marketing, Product Registration Affairs, and Accounting – Finance… to organize product- related workshops and events.
• Manage the work of team members in the business group (ME/Medical device) to achieve growth targets and sales objectives.
• Budget Management: Calculate and manage the budget and costs necessary to support the business activities of the team
• Another works: make the weekly, monthly, yearly and business trip report.
