- Control the work of tech labs every day
- Manage all tech labs under Lab Manager
- Divide work, schedule personnel according to job details in your department.
- Handle and take responsibility on QC/QA every day
- Do validation, deploy new tests, new projects.
- Manage and take responsibility for the work of their department.
- Report the progress of probation and participate evaluate capacity with Lab Manager.
- Complete all monitoring records at lab, IQC, Equipment, biosafety... according to ISO 15189:2022, criterion 2429.

- Skills: dynamic, learning, teamwork
- Can communication (both in Vietnamese and English)
- University degree in Medical Laboratory Technology
- Good MS Office skills
- At least 3- year experience working in lab management in medical laboratory, understand the principles of machine operation, have operated automated, semi- auto testing system, prevention, and control of risks throughout the testing process
