Follow up bookings daily;
Plan and work with SSM for weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly activities to drive sales
Monitor telesales activities at centre
Verify Non- standard Working Hours Report
Verify weekly monthly new sales report
Monitor conversion rate (visitors – placement tests- sales) daily;
Review Unearned Revenue Reports and take immediate action on any outstanding payments..
Complete reports: weekly, monthly or as required
Monitor sales and care team in their customer care tasks to make sure the services are professional;
Monitor daily sales performance;
Conduct Workshop/Training for team member
Arrange staff working schedule
Yêu cầu công việc
Basic knowledge in finance;
Experience in supervision position;
Good communication skills both in English and Vietnamese;
Be able to well manage and organise the job;
Be careful and details;
3 years experience in working in administration and customer services. Sales experience is preferable;
Good leadership and management skills;
Good analysis & problem solving skill;
University degree, major in English;
Training, delegation & coaching skill;
