Work with domestic and international suppliers to develop certain types of trims and accessories before ordering.
Execute tasks delegated by your supervisor
Check customer documents for accessories before placing orders.
Track all types of samples for each order. Take photos, prepare sample submission files, and upload them to the system.
Update the TNA for trims and accessories for relevant departments.
Track the updated SBD sheet to balance excess or shortage of accessories and promptly place additional orders for missing quantities.
Balance and issue PO for accessories. Check PI, layout, and confirm with suppliers before placing orders.
Monitor, check, and send documents & arrival notifications to the factory/import- export department for customs clearance of imported trims and accessories.
Coordinate with accessory suppliers regarding delivery schedules and issues such as defective or missing items.
Monitor and resolve issues related to trims and accessories during production.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong relationship- building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Graduated from college/university or higher in garment/textile- related majors.
Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions at garment export companies (specializing in Knit/Woven products).
Good attitude, quick and agile, diligent and hardworking, with a high sense of responsibility.
