UI UX Lead - Sign On Bonus

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Design Strategy: Develop and drive a comprehensive UX/UI strategy that aligns with
business objectives and product roadmaps.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UX/UI & Multimedia
designers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous
improvement.
• Hands- On Design: Take a hands- on approach to design, creating wireframes,
prototypes, user flows, high- fidelity mockups and other design materials.
• Research: Plan and execute design workshop, user research, usability testing, and data
analysis to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
• Cross- Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with project managers, engineers,
internal and external stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive user
experiences.
• Design System Management: Oversee and contribute to the development and
maintenance of our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across all
projects.
• Presentation & Communication: Clearly articulate design decisions, research
findings, and strategic thinking to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years
in a leadership or senior role.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects that demonstrate your
expertise in UX/UI design, strategic thinking, and problem- solving.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with industry- standard design and prototyping tools
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow a design team.
