Job Purpose
This Commercial Lead role will take full ownership of delivering the strategy, plans, and P&L for Foods Vietnam, leading and inspire collaboration of a cross functional team such as Marketing, CBD, and CSP teams to achieve both short- term and long- term performance. The role provides strategic direction to deliver on in- year targets with full P&L accountability, making strategic trade- offs as needed to ensure success. This role will bring clarity and prioritization to perform in the short- term and also bring thought leadership thinking 3 steps ahead on future channel/category/consumer shifts and transforming the business to win.
We are looking for a Food Lover and Growth Hunter to lead, inspire and drive our Vietnam Foods business to new height.
Job Description
- Represents customer voice to the BU, owning customer relationships and responsibility for JBPs, strategic pricing and range reviews
- Owner of the people agenda, guardian of culture and leader of transformation
- Translates Category strategy into BU Country strategy
- Fully owns in- year BU Country P&L performance including Trade Terms.
- Connects BUGM & Country teams
- Defines customer & channel targets and leads execution in the marketplace.
- Lead and inspire a high- performing, cross- functional team (including sales, marketing, customer strategy, and planning) to meet and exceed business targets
- Defines local portfolio strategy, leads demand creation and nurtures local jewels, where applicable
- Critical member of the BU Leadership Team
- Manages S&OP process in Country for BU, and end- accountable for IBP and UBS.
- Member of Country CD Leadership Forum
