Urban Development Planner (Expert consulting)

Role Summary• Responsible for researching, planning, and shaping urban development projects, providing sustainable and innovative solutions for infrastructure, services, and public spaces aligned with the company’s growth strategy.Key Responsibilities• Research urban development strategies, including smart cities, green cities, and transit- oriented development (TOD) trends.• Propose master plans and development concepts for urban areas, including land use, density, infrastructure, amenities, and mobility.• Assess land potential, development feasibility, and investment effectiveness of projects.• Collaborate with planning, architecture, and engineering teams to produce master plans and urban design concepts.• Develop urban development standards and guidelines to ensure quality and sustainability.• Analyze economic, social, and environmental impacts of development plans.• Recommend solutions for public spaces, amenities, and residential experience to enhance urban value.• Support long- term urban development strategy for the company or projects.• Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure compliance and project alignment.
