Urgent - Full Stack Engineer Golang, TypeScript

Build database schemas and optimize queries for patient, scheduling, and medical record systems
Collaborate with the team on architectural decisions
Debug issues across the full stack (database → API → frontend)
Create React components and pages for new features
Develop JSON- RPC APIs that power our React frontend
Design and implement new backend services in Golang for our 9- service microservices architecture
Write deployment configurations for Kubernetes

MUST HAVE TECHNICAL SKILLS
Backend (Primary Focus- 70%)

Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration
Understanding of microservices architecture patterns
Experience with RPC protocols (JSON- RPC, gRPC, or similar)
Strong PostgreSQL or MySQL skills (schema design, query optimization, transactions)
At least 3- 5 years of production experience with Golang
RESTful or RPC API design and implementation

Frontend (Secondary- 30%)

Experience with state management libraries (TanStack Query, Zustand, Redux, etc.)
TypeScript proficiency with type- safe development
React experience (hooks, component design, state management)
Modern build tools (Vite, Webpack, or similar)

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with Firebase Cloud Messaging or push notification systems
Knowledge of TanStack Router and TanStack Query
Experience with Tailwind CSS or component libraries
Familiarity with i18n/localization in web applications
Healthcare technology background (not required- we provide training)
