URGENT – Quality Lead (ISO & HSE)

Work with department heads to ensure safety practices in the entity are met with local statutory.
Maintain the accreditation status of quality systems meeting up the required deadlines.
Coordinate with regional quality team to implement regional quality initiatives.
Any other QA related tasks to be assigned by RO.
Initiate & implement all safety & quality related internal trainings as per planned.
Lead & support the local Designation & Operation Registration in accordance with local statutory.
Work with department heads & regional team to ensure all internal audits are carried out in highly executed manner.
Provide consistent quality reports to both regional ASEAN Quality Head and local Corp. Rep Director.
Lead Quality Department ‘s activities covering such quality system management standards of ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 45001 and other management systems if any as per regional quality strategy direction.

Good at English in communication
A mature team player with self- disciplined and results- driven mindset
Bachelor’s Degree in Quality, Safety Management or any Engineering based.
At least 4- 6 years in relevant experience
Experience and strong knowledge of quality management systems and international quality, safety standards preferred
Possess strong working knowledge on ISO/IEC 17025, ISO Standards, National Accreditation Bureau (BoA)’s Vietnam Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (VILAS) requirements, etc.
Excellent organization, problem- solving & communication skills
Prior experience in Compliance Management and Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) will be an advantage.
