User Acquisition

Support PR campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
Track and report on CPI, CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention metrics.
Build and engage online communities (Discord, Telegram, forums).
Write and manage social media content (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Reddit…).
Set up, manage, and optimize UA campaigns (ASA, Google, Mintegral…).
Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.

Strong writing ability (English or Vietnamese).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience managing social media accounts or online communities.
Strong analytical skills; data- driven and experiment- oriented mindset.
Hands- on experience with at least one UA channel: Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads.
1–3 years of experience in User Acquisition / Digital Marketing / Social Media (preferably in mobile apps)
Nice to have:
Knowledge of app monetization models (subscription, freemium, IAP).
Familiarity with Firebase, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Adjust/AppsFlyer.
Experience building communities for developer tools or mobile apps.
